HTML fieldset Tag

  • HTML <fieldset> tag defines a grouping of related form elements. Using the <fieldset> tag and the <legend> tag allow you to layout and organise a large form with many different areas of interest in a logical way without using tables.

  • HTML <fieldset> tag can be used to create boxes around selected form elements and the <legend> tag used to set a caption to those elemens. In this way form elements can be logically grouped together.
